Refund Policy

1. Finality of Sale

Once the following three conditions are met, the sale is considered Final and Non-Refundable:

  • The British Columbia Transfer/Tax Form (APV9T) has been signed by both the seller and a Will Buy Car representative.

  • The vehicle keys and ownership (Registration/Insurance documents) have been handed over.

  • Payment has been issued to the seller via Cash, E-Transfer, or Draft.

2. Right to Cancel (Before Pickup)

Sellers have the right to cancel their appointment or decline our offer at any time prior to signing the transfer documents. There are no fees or penalties for canceling an inquiry or an inspection before the paperwork is completed.

3. Accuracy of Vehicle Description

Our offers are based on the information provided by the seller online or over the phone. Will Buy Car reserves the right to cancel a purchase or adjust the offer amount if:

  • The vehicle's mechanical condition differs significantly from the description provided.

  • The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) does not match the provided details.

  • There are undisclosed liens, salvage titles, or ownership disputes.

4. Post-Sale Disputes

As we buy vehicles in "as-is" condition, we do not request refunds from sellers once a deal is finalized, even if unknown mechanical issues are discovered later. Conversely, sellers cannot request the return of a vehicle once payment has been accepted and the title has been transferred, as the vehicle may be immediately moved for parts, scrap, or resale.

5. Items Left in Vehicle

Please ensure all personal belongings are removed before pickup. While we will make a reasonable effort to return items found in vehicles, Will Buy Car is not responsible for any personal property lost or left inside a vehicle after it has been towed from your location.
